چکیده
زمینه و هدف: تطبیق شرایط کار با مقتضیات جسمی و روانی کارکنان یک عامل ضروری برای انجام کار به طور موثر است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط بین حوادث شغلی و غیبت از کار کارکنان در بیمارستان نمازی شیراز به انجام رسید.
